Compatibility with WPEngine

    I recently installed the Live Chat plugin to a site hosted with WPEngine and I’m unable to change the agent email address despite numerous attempts.

    Is this plugin not compatible with sites hosted at WPEngine?

    Any info would be most appreciated.

    Could I ask you to confirm what occurs when the agent email address is changed? Are the settings storing but not taking affect, or are the settings not storing on your side?
