 * Hello, before installing this plugin with the cookie solution, I’d like to understand
briefly what it does server side (php) and what client side (js).
 * I’ve read of posts and iframes broken in during import/export in older posts
   here.
 * I don’t want to risk my database, and I’m using WpSuperCache to serve static
html files so I expect the plugin to be fully client side / javscript, is that
   so?
