our WP is installed under sitename/customdir/
and in addition, in WP-Cerber, the default login URL is set to a custom login URL
So the login URL is sitename/customdir/customlogin.php
After installing miniorange 2FA, logout and login. I got the miniorange setup screen and after selecting the Google 2FA I can’t login to the site. It does not allow to login.
Had to manually change the plugin name in file manager to allow login w/o miniorange.
So, I can’t make miniorange 2FA to work
I got in dashboard:
The plugin miniorange-2-factor-authentication/miniorange_2_factor_settings.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
any advise on how to fix this?

I reinstalled miniorange 2FA
instead of logout-login, I went to the plugin config.
All went OK with setting the Google 2FA and test with Google was OK.
I now logout and login, got the miniorange 2FA screen and when entring the 2FA code I got the same login error and can’t login

When WP-Cerber is deactivated – all is OK
to summarize:
There is a problem with miniorange2fa + wp-cerber working together!
have no idea which of the plugins is causing the problem.

I confirm that changing WP-Cerber Deferred rendering to Enable fixed the issue and miniOrange2FA plugin works properly.
I do hope it does not affect security matters as cerber allows that way for plugins to execute their code to alter the custom login page, load JavaScripts scripts and CSS styles on the page before WP Cerber takes action.

Yes, problem with Cerber was solved in v.5.4.38, Thank you.
New problem found with a backup plugin, omniorange 2FA blocks cron job commands.
I’m sorry, we gave up with omniorange 2FA, too many issues and compatability with other plugins.

Could you please let us know the plugin that you are using for creating the backups?
We have not heard of any cron blocking issues from any of our customers but we can surely check what exactly is going wrong in your case.
If you can tell us the plugin name and steps to replicate the issue then that would be great and help us to quickly fix the issue for you.
