To be honest, I don’t know because I never used WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro.
If you have a chance to test it, please share your findings. It will be interested to know.
I gave this a shot and the two will not play nice together. Seems they compete for the same space as Woo Reviews Pro renames the review tab to Discussions. As such you will receive a Fatal Error. To reverse this you will need to ftp in to plugins and rename the Woo Reviews File. Refresh your admin, then rename the Woo Reviews back to original state. You will be back up and as good as new.
Activate Customer Reviews and leave it alone!

Unfortunately, I cannot comment because it is not possible to test compatibility without buying WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro. They don’t have a free version.
