    It hasn’t been tested with it so I honestly couldn’t tell you. However, with WordPress, the general rule of thumb is that it’s not a good idea to run two scripts (or plugins) that do essentially the same thing. So I’d say to pick one or the other. If you can turn off the JS/CSS minification in W3, it will probably be just fine. It’s been a while since I’ve played with W3 extensively so I don’t remember off the top of my head if it has that option.
