Compatibility with Search & Filter – add a new argument to the query

Hello,

I’m tryinkg to make Post Grid work with Search & filter Pro plugin.

Basically, I’d like to have the results of a multi-check search in a grid.

Post Grid has successfully changed the layout of the results in a fantastic grid, but now the search doesn’t work: it presents always all the results, no matter which combination I use.

I’ve asked the support of Search & Filter pro and they suggested to add a new argument to the query of Post Grid which would be search_filter_id and to ask you if it’s possible to do it.

They think that modifying the plugin like above would cause S&F to affect the post grid plugin everytime it is used.

Could you please advise if it’s possible?
Or do you have any other advice?
