I use the “WP Offload S3 Lite” plugin to keep my images hosted in S3. Do you know these two plugins are compatible with each other?

Hi @braedon,

Smush will optimise the new uploads, but it won’t optimise the existing images, unless you download them back to Media Library and then Bulk Smush and later sync it back t S3.
