compatibility with fastcgi_cache?

  • Haven’t found an answer to this by googleing so maybe someone can answer the question?

Would Piwik still track if my server is using nginx with php_fpm and fastcgi_cache enabled? Basically users without a cookie are being served a cached version of the site.

    Any ideas?

Related to WP and WP-Piwik this should work (of course the tracking code has to be part of the cached site ;)), but I have no idea about Piwiks behavior on this… maybe you should ask in Piwik’s support board.

thx. I also got confirmation from a nginx forum saying that yes, if the tracking script uses javascript its all good!
