    Hello,

Is there any plan to make this plugin compatible with your Email Template Customizer plugin?

    Kind regards,
    Barnabas

    Hi Barnabas,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We’ve built compatibility between Coreem and WooCommerce Email Template Customizer since version 2.0.0
This part is not available in the documentation, but it’ll be updated soon. I’ll be instructing further below:

    1. Create a template for Coreem Coupon Reminder email in ETC settings: https://prnt.sc/274v1fQOV1yf And you can customize the Coupon Reminder email there, like other email templates.
    2. Assign the template you created and customized for Coreem email here: https://prnt.sc/o8p4h8gKPJ2t

    Best regards.

    Hello,

When I try to assign a template, I cannot choose because the HTML of the dropdown is not displayed correctly, as it is seen here: https://snipboard.io/oOtzai.jpg

    What can I do?

    Hi,

HTML/CSS loss could be caused by a conflict. We’ve encountered the issue some time, there’s likely a plugin interfering and it makes the CSS not load properly.

Could you check the issue with this instruction to locate which one causes this?

    Hello,

I tested again with only 3 plugins enabled and while storfront theme is enabled.
    1. Woocommerce
    2. Email Template Customizer
    3. Coreem

Still the problem is here, as in the screenshot above… What else can I do?

    Hello,

I just discovered the problem. On my Email Template I have designed, in the title field I had added an emoji -> https://snipboard.io/DrPlhO.jpg

The emoji was causing this problem -> https://snipboard.io/oOtzai.jpg

If this is something you can fix, it would be nice, otherwise, the workaround is to keep the title without the emoji, then assign the template in the Coreem settings, and then go again in the email template customizer and add the emoji in the title 🙂
