Compatibility with Cache Enabler plugin

    Hi,

    Thanks for creating this plugin!

    I noticed that this plugin doesn’t work with Cache Enabler, i.e., (added/modified) rel attribute is not present in the cached view of the page. Plugin works with W3TC though.

    I would appreciate if you could take a look.
