 * Hi there,
 * I’m hoping to get in touch with the developers of iThemes Security. I’m one of
   the developer of [Awesome Support](https://wordpress.org/plugins/awesome-support/),
   and one of our user found a conflict between our plugin and yours.
 * Please have a look at the detailed Github issue: [https://github.com/Awesome-Support/Awesome-Support/issues/289](https://github.com/Awesome-Support/Awesome-Support/issues/289)
 * Basically, when enabling the option **“Enable HackRepair.com’s blacklist feature”**
   the following is added to the .htaccess `RewriteRule ^.* – [F,L]` which prevents
   our plugin to work properly.
 * Please get in touch with us via Github.

 * I have responded over on the github issue with more details, so we can try to
   resolve this there for you.
 * The basics though, are that the rule above is taken out of context here. It has
   a bunch of rewrite conditions chained before it, so that rule is only executed
   if one of the conditions is matched (in this case, if any known bad user agents
   or referrers are found).
