    So sorry for the delay in replying this support thread.
    Don’t know why the customer is being not being redirected to voguepay.

    What page are they being redirected to instead.

    Thanks Tunbosun, we have downloaded your version 2.0.1 and it’s working again, there has to be something missing in the new version then.

    It doesn’t redirect, it stays on the same page and keeps rolling.

    In version 2.0.1 of the plugin the auto redirection to the gateway wasn’t added.
    Seems there is a conflict somewhere that is a javascript preventing the customer from being forwarded to the gateway/
    Have you tried to make a test payment using the version 2.0.1 version of the plugin that is installed, because the new global payment gateway that Voguepay released recently wasn’t compatible with version 2.0.1 a fix was released in v2.0.4 for this.
    But if payment are being made successfully and the order payment status was changed successfully you can keep using v2.0.1 of the plugin.
