Compatibility issues with Domain Mapping.

I am using the WPMUDev.org domain mapping plugin: https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/domain-mapping/

I have 2 problems:

1) Cache is not preloaded for the mapped domain folder
2) Cache is not cleared for the mapped domain folders

The preloading not working is not the end of the world but the fact it doesn’t clear the cache makes it unusable as changes are not reflected to logged out users.

In wp-super-cache settings I have ticked the box to enable domain mapping support but I think this is not the same plugin as the link is to the free plugin.

Is there anyway to get wp-super-cache working properly with the WPMUDev.org domain mapping plugin?
