Hello @tanohex
It seems like with the default Litespeed cache configuration, the plugin is working normally on our end. Can you please provide us with your exported configuration of the Litespeed cache plugin?
Thank You.

@lihsaa I’ve re-enabled the cache on 2 of my websites, and I’ll let it run for a few days, then I’ll get back at you with the results.
Usually it worked fine the minutes/hours after you enabled the cache, then if you checked the next day, you would get the Invalid nonce error.
It was like somehow the cache got stale and was serving an expired nonce to the user.
If you search on Google, there are many topics related to this issue on other plugins. E.g.:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/invalid-nonce-please-refresh-your-browser/
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/invalid-nonce-error-in-login-register-page/

Thanks!

@lihsaa Aaand the result after 48 hours, on both of my websites (one running Elementor, the other Divi):

Ok, to fix this, you can tell your developers they can try 2 things:
1. Either add no-cache headers to the Login/Register pages.
2. Or load the forms through Ajax, so every time a user accesses the Login/Register pages, he will always get a fresh instance.
WP: 6.1
Masteriyo: 1.5.22
LiteSpeed Cache: 5.3 and other caching plugins
Thanks!
PS: you’re still displaying the old Changelog on your website.

Hello @tanohex
We attempted to replicate the issue on our testing environment but could not do so on our site. Your tickets require a developer’s attention, so could you please visit our website? The live chat can be found here. One of our developer team members will assist you in this matter.
Thank You.

@lihsaa Ok, I’ll do that.
One more thing to consider, I don’t know if it’s related. The 2 websites I was testing on, have very low traffic (dev projects).
This might be a factor causing the serving of stale cache to users, where the nonce is expired.
However, it seems to have stopped these days, so I’ll keep an eye on it.
Thanks for the feedback!

@lihsaa Yup, happened again today.

It’s clear that this is happening randomly and contacting your support won’t do much help, as my setup is rather simple with nothing that can cause conflicts.
I’m just using the LiteSpeed Cache Advanced (Recommended) Preset, but it also happens on WP Rocket.
If I were you, I would make a note in the plugin description saying that it’s not compatible with cache plugins, due to possible login issues.
PS: you’re not getting many reports regarding this, as your user base is rather small, and most are non-techies that don’t use cache for their setups, or don’t even notice that this is happening.
Have a good one!
