  • Hi @aryan1758 Thanks for opening a support topic. The team are aware of this and are currently investigating. While we do it would be helpful if you could share the following information:

    1. Your Site Health Information which you can share privately using this form. Please also include your hosting provider here.
    2. Does this happen on duplicated Stories only or newly created Stories as well?
    3. Do you experience the same while using an Incognito browsing window?

    Thanks.

do i need to publish my story to give the url

@aryan1758 If you could that would be helpful. When publishing the Story is the compatibility error cleared or do you still see it?

    1. Site health information submitted through form.
    2. Initially it didn’t show for New web story but now it is showing for both.
    3. The issue still persists, even after using incognito browser.
    4. It disappears after I publish the story.

@aryan1758 Thanks for the added information. We have been able to recreate this and the team are investigating. As soon as we have an update I will add it here.

Hello Everyone, there is a new version of the Web Stories plugin which resolves the issue with the compatibility message in the checklist. Please update to version 1.25.1 and confirm on your end as well. If you continue to experience any issues feel free to reach out in a new topic and we will be glad to help. Thanks so much for your patience.
