    Hi!

    I recently bought the pro version of Elementor, with which I am very satisfied overall. It worked fine until i installed the Jetpack plugin, and now it doesn’t load/work at all, despite me following all the six steps of your troubleshooting guide.

    I.e. the problem remains unresolved even when the specific plugin (and all the others, including my theme of choice: The7 by DreamTheme) are inactive.

    Any ideas on what might be the problem?

    After deleting Jetpack Elementor basic works again, but not the Pro extension…

    I have yet to recieve an answer from your pro support, and it’s been a week. Can someone please help me? It seems that there are others with the same problem…

    We do not know about any problems with Jetpack plugin.

    I can’t find any trace of me submitting them, let alone a ticket number.

    Perhaps you haven’t received them? Would it help if I gave you my “purchase ID” for the pro-version or something?
