# Compatibility between extensions

 * Hello Tobias,
 * please, is it supposed to be compatible if i use responsive and fixed column 
   extensions?
 * [table id=1 responsive=flip datatables_fixedcolumns_left_columns=1 datatables_fixedcolumns_right_columns
   =0 /]
 * I already read that some e.g. fixed columns and header cant be. But upper one
   doesn’t work for me properly as well.

 * Solved.
    I see that FixedColumns works only with dataTables option (means using
   table heat row)

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Unfortunately, the `flip` mode and the Fixed Columns Extension can not be used
   together, sorry.
