   however, the top banner is missing when opening the website in Firefox. Please
   kindly advice. thanks

 * Firefox doesn’t like the CSS declaration for your header. On line 100 in style.
   css is the section for
    #sitename
 * change the background line in that section to this
    `background: url(/wp-content/
   uploads/2009/03/altosoft-community-banner-2.png) no-repeat;`
 * When I did that your header appeared in Firefox
