compatability issue with Genesis Easy Columns

    I’ve used the short codes to display my link to galleries and also show the galleries such as [print_gllr id=510 display=short] with no problem but I want to use the Genesis Easy Columns plugin for a certain page and then the gallery shortcodes stop working they just display the code in my page. Any suggestions?

    The genesis theme can display the text incorrect, that why the shortcode processing can’t happen.
    Please contact our support http://support.bestwebsoft.com and send an access to admin area, so that we can fix the problem.
