# Error on my site

 * I have a problem with the website, after downtime for 12 hours my site shows 
   error :

   failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/…/public_html/wp-includes/
   compat.php on line 447

 * I have tried change php version but nothing happened.(php is on 7.2)

 * Sounds like some wordpress files have been removed from the server.. including
   includes/compat.php. You’ll need to download them from [https://wordpress.org/download/](https://wordpress.org/download/)
   and then re-upload them via FTP to resolve the issue.

 * Now the problem is that someone deleted database so I can’t try solution that
   you recommend, but thank you for the reply..

 * In this case I’d suggest checking with your host, they may have a backup of everything
   from before it went dow//n.

 * Yes I did but then the problem was that backup(R1 Soft backup) manager won’t 
   open and after I finally get in, i tried to restore database and keep getting
   errors from manager..
 * But finally i get to restore database and site is up and running..
