@kwk9892 Hello, Thank you for writing and providing detailed information. It sounds like you followed the steps to add a Before/After module correctly. On your site, I see the Divi Sections for “Why Choose Us?” and “Contact Us Now” — but I do not see a Divi Section between them as indicated in the screenshot (https://snag.gy/WuNpak.jpg). Can you confirm that you clicked the green Save button when you added the Before + After image slider to the page?

Often when the slider images fail to appear, it’s because the image URL’s aren’t correct…but I can at least usually see that the necessary code for the slider is present ‘under the hood’ in the page source code. In this case, I don’t see the slider code at all, let alone the images, so that makes me think that perhaps the changes were not saved. Let me know. Thanks!

Hello, my apologies.. Please check again now.
I Added two transformation, both uses different approach.
Transformation 1 uses the images uploaded to the server.
Transformation 2 uses the direct image link from facebook.

@kwk9892 Thanks! Ok, another question: Did you use the “Insert from URL” option in the Media Library? Please confirm. If so, can you please save/download the image(s) from Facebook…then upload the images to your website using the Media Library instead of using the Insert from URL option? Let me know if so, and if using the regular Media Library for the Before/After module fixes the problem.

There is a bug with this plugin when using the Insert from URL option that I need to upload a fix for, but uploading your images to your Media Library in the meantime should get around that problem.

Thanks! Ok, another question: Did you use the “Insert from URL” option in the Media Library? Please confirm.
Yes, I used “Insert from URL” on Transformation 2.

Yes i downloaded the image from FB and uploaded it to the server. I used the image uploaded on Transformation 1

Ok, so you did not use “Insert from URL” on both Before/After modules, just the one… This is odd because, as I mentioned, when this has happened in the past, I can usually see an image element in the source code *even if* the URL is broken (which would prevent the image from loading visually). However, even though you used the Media Library upload function (and Saved changes?) from Transformation 2, I’m not seeing the image element in the source code. It’s unclear to me what could be preventing the plugin from outputting the image element(s) so I’ll have to do some more testing to replicate this error. Do you have any caching plugins active? Can you clear your cache if so?

There’s no caching plugins installed. The only plugin installed is Before + After image

@kwk9892 Hello, I see this problem is resolved. Can I ask how you fixed it? It would be good to have a record for future Support topics. Thanks for trying Before + After Images for Divi.
