Community Address Book – Directory with Search for Neighborhood

I’m looking for a way to include a community address book / searchable directory of profiles for our neighborhood.

Do you have suggestions of plugins or other methods we should use?

We would be willing to pay a modest amount have someone implement this for us.

Key Features Desired

• Custom set of fields in profile (example: lot #)
• Ability to import data
• Easy way for admin or individual WP user to edit profile
• Basic search looks for data in first name, last name or email fields
• Advanced search provides the ability to search other field, such as Lot # or City
• Search of a portion of the name or email returns all possible profiles. Example: searching “Ande” pulls up Anderson, Anderman, Andes.
• ABC… search pulls up all As, all Bs, etc. Example: A pulls up Allen, Amherst, Anderson, etc. Then user can click on an individual name to pull up their profile.
• Profile picture is a reasonable size, say 200px wide x 275px high (exact dimensions are not important)
• Preferably profile picture is rectangular, could be circular
• Clicking on profile picture pulls up large view of picture
• Empty fields are hidden and rows below move up
• Hidden behind member / non-member wall — we can achieve this with another plugin; such as Ultimate Member content restrictions
