Communications error. Was working last time I used

    Hello,

    I recently moved Updraft Central from my main website to another WP dedicated to this. I added manually all the keys and it was working fine.
    Since today, I’m not able to get any updates from my other website. Only same domain WP can get and update.

    I use the default WP theme and I have only two plugins, the Updraft one.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late response.

    Please could you check that there is no firewall blocking the connection?

    Hi,

    Sorry, I forgot to try this ! Yeah, I just tried with another website and it’s working. Same server but different domain, same WP version, the one that is not working doesn’t have any special theme or plugins, the second one, it’s working he has many plugins and a custom theme.

    Can it be a domain name issue or something like this ?

    Hi Johnny,

    Are you still getting the commnication error after going through the FAQ?

    I don’t think it has something to do with the domain. Please could you try to reconnect the site by creating new key?

    > It appears that the backup is failing. Please could you send us a copy of the backup log? The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
