    Hi Matthew! You are absolutely right that something must have broken the communication. I fear that a spam filter has swallowed my email(s) to you. I have even sent you an email from my private gmail account, trying to tell you that I indeed did answer your email on 17th June. Can you please have a look whether my emails are in your spam folder? Because I think the info contained in it not necessarily belongs in this forum.
