    Hi,

    Sporadicly, the communication on a wordpress website using Cloudflare, the communications are lost, and thus not adding the information on every order thats needed.

    What is the IP range for us to whitelist this in Cloudflare?

    Hi @jvanderlinde,

    Does the problem you’ve mentioned occur in some specific circumstances, e.g. when some particular products are in the cart or for certain shipping destinations?

    The symptoms you’ve described should not be a result of using the Cloudflare.

    Have you tried enabling the DHL Express Debug mode at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Express Live Rates > Advanced Options > Debug Mode to check if there are no errors displayed in the cart / checkout in situations when the problem occurs?
