Comments and posts by mail

Hi,

We are running WordPress inside an intranet therefoe this is a private blog with about 30 users. We would like that all users receive and e-mail any time a new post and/or comment is written. Is there any plugin that can force users receive an e-mail without having to subscribe every time as with Subscribe to Comments plugin?
