# Commission doesn’t work

 * Hello,
 * I setup commission in WC Vendors 3% for example. I also use Mangopay to payment
   gateway.
 * When I test payment, I receive all the funds in my mangopay wallet but wc vendors
   marks commission 0€ for the vendor !
 * I don’t know what I miss…

 * Have you checked the vendor and product level commission? There might be something
   from there that could be causing this.

 * I try a test payment this morning and when I check the events in Mangopay, I 
   notice : 5€ Incl. 5.00fees
 * It means the totality of the payment has been marked as fees ?
 * It’s WC Vendor who send this information on mangopay no ?

 * Can you test this with our Test payment gateway? Also please check the commission
   table to see what commission is logged.
 * I would also advise against setting such a small commission. In niche marketplaces,
   if you set your commission rates below 10% there is little chance for success.
   Between payment gateway fees and hosting fees, there won’t be any funds left 
   to maintain the marketplace.
