 * All themes in the [Official Themes Directory](http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/)
   have a GPL compatible license, and so can be modified and/or used for any purpose,
   commercial or not.
 * Themes you get elsewhere are not guaranteed to have this compatibility, and are
   not recommended.

 * There is no one “Creative Commons” license, there’s several. So you need to specify
   which license it is. If the license says “NC” in it, then it can’t be used for
   commercial projects.
