comments.php not posting comments

I was testing my comments out and once I click the submit button it loads the page http://www.someaddressss.com/wp-comments-post.php
Im not sure how wordpress is suppose to load up the comments.php file but thats not the directory my theme is in.
and to add to that the page doesnt load it just shows a white screen and nothing else. Anyone know whats going on.
