# comments_number() showing wrong count

 * My blog shows since 2.9 a random number of comments in every post: [http://www.gelo.tv](http://www.gelo.tv)
 * I’m using comments_number(‘0’, ‘1’, ‘%’); It’s not a problem with the theme since
   it happens the same thing with the deafult one.
 * There is not any comments plugin installed.
 * Any help please?

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?
