Comments to FB wall

Is there a way to have comments and likes made on the site using the plugin show up on a facebook timeline/wall related to the site?

What I mean, is there a way to tie back comments and likes to a FB wall? That is, when somebody comments on the blog post on the blog, the comment cross posts to the blog’s Facebook wall/timeline. Right now, it posts it to the wall of the person making the comment, but it is not tied to the wall of the blogger/site page.
