Hey there - this is not a criticism, and I'm sure this is not the right place, but I've spent days scouring the forums / docs and am more confused than ever. So, first, I apologise and confess that I am completely "doff" when it comes to all this and that "techie-speak" usually sails effortlessly over my head. Having said that, I really desperately need assistance, and though I find references to the problem I find no resolution and I have deadlines to meet. I am running WordPress off a host servier, IE 7.0. Activated the "meta" widget, but the comments RSS brings up the following error message:
Internet Explorer cannot display this feed
This feed contains code errors.
Go back to the previous page.
A semi colon character was expected.
Line: 18 Character: 57
It seems simple, and I'm sure I could do it, if I only knew which file I was supposed to be working on??? All the docs seem to assume that I should know this, which I definitley don't. Please forgive me using what is probably the wrong forum but this one has recent posts and I'm now totally desperate.
