 * Hello,
 * I am building a site for a non-profit group of ESL teachers here in Asia. I am
   building the site to be for announcements, information, etc. And so I want to
   turn off comments, except in a page expressly for suggestions and feedback. So
   what is the best way to do this?
 * Btw, right now I have turned off comments just by editing out the call to comments
   on the index.php page.
 * I thought about just using a ‘Runphp’ plugin and then adding in the call to comments
   in the page post. Would that work? I haven’t tried it.
 * And btw, I know very little about php.
 * Thanks,
    Taiwantroll

 * I’d create a page template for that specific page, and add the call for the comments
   form. Likewise, if you want just a a specific category to have comments, you
   can create a category specific template with the include.
