Hopefully this is the right place to request this…
I just switched over from Movable Type and I love WordPress. After some work (I’m completely new to PHP, just so you know), I converted my template, which started as a Firdamatic style that I’ve heavily modified, over to WordPress. The only problem I’m having is that I can’t seem to get the categories out of the updated list (ul). I want the comments to be on the line at the bottom of my posts with everything else. I want everything to look like this, basically:
    Travis@(time) | Edit This | Category: category_name | comments
You’ll see what I mean when you get there. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

    Try the_category(',')

“get out of the ul” It pays to read the actual post more closely 🙂

Thanks, I now have it all working 🙂 If anyone has any ideas about why it’s not showing up properly on the mac, let me know. I’ve tried it in IE, Safari, and Firefox on the mac, so it’s not browser specific.
And I meant “unordered list” at the top, not updated list. I dunno what I was thinking when I wrote that.
