 * Is there a way to only display an image as a Comments Popup Link, displaying 
   the number of comments as you hover above it using the “title” attribute of the
   image?
 * e.g.: `<?php comments_popup_link(__('images/comments.png' title='No comments''),
   __(''images/comments.png' title='1 Comment'), __('images/comments.png' title='%
   Comments')); ?>`
 * Excuse my lack of PHP-knowledge but I’m only giving you this to clarify what 
   I mean.
