Comments Permalinks

Hi, I am using a self hosted installation with a custom theme and have a run in to a few problems.

I have setup a link (on each post) from the blog main page to the comments for that paticular post. It works, to a degree. By that I mean it displays the correct comment count and the link takes you to the page /#comments, BUT it doesn’t jump to the correct place, it seems to jump to a different section. The same thing happens on the ‘link to this comment’ link I created too. If you copy that link it takes you to the exact same spot!

Not really sure what code people will need posted or if I am allowed to post site link?

    Simon

Test Post 7 has test comments setup. If you click on the comment count bubble besides the featured image you will see it does in fact transfer you to the correct page, just happens to jump to the section with my social buttons, the same happens if you click on any of the ‘link to this comment’ links in the comments.
