Comments Page Displays Differently With no Comments

    So, any reasoning why my comments page appears normal when one or more comments are posted, but my alignment is off when there are no comments? Here’s my comments page with no comments

    When a comment is posted, the alignment is fine. I’m not having alignment issues anywhere else. I KNOW it’s DIV somewhere, but I’ve looked through forever, and can’t find it. the Xhtml validation tells me its a DIV, but the location it gives doesn’t seem to help. Any ideas?
