Comments on Static Page

    Ok, ID10T time. I’ve noticed that the classic theme allows comments on static pages. No other theme I’ve tried so far allows this. How is this enabled on themes where it’s not present?

    Didn’t check it, just a guess…
    Probably the page template should have a call for the comments.php.

    I noticed it too. In page.php, add the following line, right under “edit_post_link…” on line 16:


    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    before the next div.
