Comments on my blogs

When somene posts a comment on my blogs and they enter a web page in reply form, and when somene reads their comment and they click on their user name, they get taken away from my page and dirrectly to their web page.

What I want is Not to have readers taken directly to that web page but to have people see a user profile information on my site. And also, to have their web page as no-follow.
