• I love the theme and am currently using it on my first blog that I just started http://www.hardwoodrivalries.com Unfortunately, no matter how hard I’ve tried, I haven’t been able to remove the “Leave a Reply” box off of the bottom of my pages. Somehow, messing with the RSS, I was able to remove it from my home page, but I was unable to figure it out for the other pages. To be clear, this is a blog, so I do not want people to be able to comment on my actual pages, just the posts that may go on those pages. If anyone could help that would be great. It looks tacky having a comment on my About page and contact page. I like the theme enough to use it regardless of the fact that I am not running a site related to video games. However, I do not want people commenting on my actual pages, so if I cannot fix it, I will be forced to find another theme to go with.

    Wow, for some reason my entire article became a link. I am sorry about that. I meant to input it between parentheses, but I made an error. But again, thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hello dhebe37

    I did the following…

    Find the “page.php” and replace:

    Before
    comments_template( ”, true );

    After
    if (!is_page(‘name page’) && !is_page(‘name page’)) comments_template( ”, true );

    Look like this:
    eninternetdesdemicasa.com/rigarplidesign

    Hope that helps you

    The easy way is to go to your Dashboard and click on Page. Under each Page, there is a Quick Edit, click it and you will see a place to unclick Allow Comments. For some reason, it only in Quick Edit you will see it.
