    Hi!

I have set the page to allow ‘Discussions’ and ‘Comments’ and I have been able to get the comment form to display, however once a user has posted a comment it is not displayed at the front-end (I can see it when I go to edit the page however).

    Please help! 🙂

    Hi B,

    thanks for reaching out.

If I understand correctly, then this should be a default behavior in WordPress. Why would you expect the comment form to show to a user who just sent their request? Or am I missing something?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Hmmm… perhaps I’m confused about how this plugin should work?

I’m wanting to show a conversation/discussion thread at the bottom of a page (like you would have at the bottom of a blog article) – so that users can see approved comments and replies.

Is this possible with your plugin or does it just send responses like a contact form?

    Thanks,

    Ben

    Hi Ben,

thanks for your feedback. Advanced Comment Form is indeed meant to manipulate the form to submit new comments only. You cannot display the whole discussion with the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Thomas
