# Comments Notification

 * Is the comments notification working? (as of .72?) I have a valid email address
   in the blog settings, but I don’t get notified of new comments. Is there somewhere
   that I need to configure an SMTP host? I don’t see it anywhere in the options…

 * SMTP host is configured in the site’s ‘php.ini’ file. If you control that file
   on your server, check there to be sure it’s set up correctly.
