thanks for using MH Magazine lite.
Your issue isn’t related to the theme. Comments are handled by WordPress itself (not by your theme) and in genertal comments are working fine (see theme demo and test the comment function) with the theme and also no other users have reported any issues with comments.
The issue you are having seems to be hosting / server related. This also is what the error message says:
The connection was reset. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
You could do some general troubleshooting by disabling all your plugins and then test again. If that doesn’t help, then please contact your hosting company so that they can have a look at the server environment and do further analysis.
Thank you for your reply. I disabled all the plugins and re-activated them one by one, and then the comments started working. There must have been a glitch somewhere but de-activating and re-activating the plugins cleared it.

I’m having trouble getting the WordPress comments to work with this theme. When I attempt to enter a comment, I get an error message in my browser saying “The connection was reset. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.”
The comment does not appear on the site, nor does it appear in the WordPress admin panel.
