 * People are unable to post comments to my blog: novacreativemedia.com/blog The
   word ‘comment’ isn’t hyperlinked and when you click (0), it takes you to the
   post, but nowhere to comment. The url, once you click the (0) is: [http://novacreativemedia.com/2012/03/27/dont-look-at-social-media-the-wrong-way/#respond](http://novacreativemedia.com/2012/03/27/dont-look-at-social-media-the-wrong-way/#respond)
 * I searched through the forums and tried some solutions, including unchecking ‘
   comment author must fill out name and e-mail” and ‘Users must be registered and
   logged in to comment,’ and reseting the permalinks to default. None of the above
   worked.
 * I finally have someone who wants to comment, so any help would be appreciated!
 * Thanks!
    Lisa

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
 * If it does turn out to be a theme issue, you will need to seek support from the
   theme’s vendors.

 * I deactivated the plugins and there was no difference. I’m not tech savvy, so
   I really can’t switch the whole site to Twenty Eleven. And I have no idea how
   to reset the plugins folder.
 * I’ve seen in the forums that others seem to have this issue as well, do you have
   any other suggestions?
    Thanks. Lisa

 * Why not? This is part of the necessary basic troubleshooting process.
 * > And I have no idea how to reset the plugins folder.
 * Please see the link I gave above.
