If you temporarily disable the bad behavior plugin, does the issue persist?
Once we get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.
Thanks.
That works, comments work now
Same issue. And disabling Bad Behaviour fixes it but what if I want to use Bad Behaviour? Is this a known plugin conflict?

Is this a known plugin conflict?
It is indeed. If you’d rather use Bad Behaviour, I would recommend that you deactivate Jetpack’s Comments feature under Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard.
Under settings, Bad Behavior, look down in the Security part, check “Allow form postings from other web sites (required for OpenID; increases spam received)”
May get more spam, but, it seems to allow the commenting to work.

Hi,
I recently had some help reinstalling jetpack as my domain had changed, however now my readers are complaining that they can’t leave comments. They are receiving this error.
Error 403
We’re sorry, but we could not fulfill your request for /blog/wp-comments-post.php?for=jetpack on this server.
