 * Hi,
    I would appreciate some help. I have been reading about this topic in the
   forums and tried some of the fixes but they have not worked. Even though I have
   comments they are not visible. I have a teaching blog and it is very important
   that it is interactive. Please help. Thanks, Sarah

 * In Settings -> Discussion -> Default article settings, do you have _Allow people
   to post comments on new articles_ ticked?
 * Your theme will not display anything comment related if comments are closed or
   there are 0 comments.
