for the next time, please use rather the support forum on my website in case of any questions related to the Premium version as this forum should be used only for the free themes hosted here. Because your question isn’t related to any of the Premium features, I will respond it here.
I just have checked the linked website, but the comment form is displayed correctly for me at this moment. If you can see some posted comments in your WordPress administration, please verify that those comments are located in the “Approved” folder and not in the “Pending” folder (in this case, you will need to manually approve them in order to make them visible). You can specify the rules for approving comments in “Settings > Discussion > Before a comment appears”.
