I believe the Jetpack comment system uses Akismet to filter out spam, so there is a chance your comments might have been flagged as spam more than once, leading to your email getting blacklisted.
Is there any chance that you include/included more than two links in your comments? Because comments with more links usually get flagged for spam.
Another cause could be that your IP address matches a known spam generating IP (can happen if your ISP dynamically assigns IP addresses).
Try posting comments using a different email ID and another IP address (use a VPN tool like Tunnelbear for the second case) and see if the comments are getting approved. If yes, then it’s certain that your email address/IP address has been blacklisted by Akismet.
Hopefully the Jetpack team helps you further on this. Good luck!
Actually it happened once, not long ago. So I contacted Akismet to remove me from blacklist. It worked for a few days, then the comment shopped showing up again!
It is really strange, because I never include more than one link in the comment, and I generally leave quite long comment.
Today, I used another email address to post, but the comment didn’t show up either. I’m using the VPN now (Astrill, with proxy).
Should I contact Akismet again?
Should I contact Akismet again?
Yes, I would recommend that you contact Akismet whenever you find yourself blocked.
You can do so here:

Thanks Jeremy! I have contacted Akismet and they’re working on fixing the problem now.
Have a great day!

This is a problem I noticed lately on other sites I commented on.
I have been using the same email address to comment on a few blogs, and suddenly, my comments are not showing up lately. (I contacted a blogger and she found my comment was in spam folder) I noticed all the blogs are using Jetpack, so I thought it’s better to let you know. Is there a way to check this? Should I share the email address I used for commenting?
