Comments Meta Data is displaying in Blog Sidebar?

I am working on a custom Blog layout for a friend and for some reason the Comment Meta Data is not appearing with the comments in the left-blog div I have, but is instead moving over into the top of the right-blog div with the sidebar widgets?

For the life of me I can’t figure out why it’s doing this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
