# Comments link

 * when someone clicks on a comment link for one of my posts, the new page opens
   at the top of the page, instead of at the point where the comments start. I assume
   I need to change some of the code in the index.php file, but I don’t know what
   to tell it to point to for the page to open how I want it to. Is there a better
   hack or plugin for handling comments?

 * By default, it should start at the top of the comments section.
    Have you changed
   anything ?

 * I’ve changed plenty in the index.php file, but nothing related to the comments,
   except to include an “email this post” type hack from the wiki. I included it
   inside the div tag for the comments link as well so the css attributes were identical.
   Could that be the problem?

 * Link would be helpful, but in all likelihood you have removed the “id=comments”
   from the start of the comments section.
